Learning Circles

Strengthen Leadership Potential: Engaging Programs to Build High-Performing Teams and Essential Leadership Skills.

Leverage the Wisdom of the We
Learning Circles & Group Coaching for Scalable Leadership

We turn leadership into a shared system—where peers grow through real challenges, deepen trust, and build the kind of accountability that scales with your company and aligns with your culture, behaviors, and goals.

Remote, In Person, Hybrid Sessions Options

Each circle has 4-8 sessions on a specific topic aligned with the organization’s needs and design in collaboration with your people. Each circle has 8-12 participants and is facilitated by a certified group coach. You can choose to have the sessions remotely, in person, or hybrid. We work with teams from all around the world and would work with the time that is the best fit for you.

Integrated Peer Coaching
in Each Program

In our learning circle, participants will work together to improve their skills through peer coaching. We use a hands-on "real play" approach to tackle real work challenges. This helps everyone develop important skills like listening, asking questions, and being curious—skills they can use right away while working on work challenges. This method is efficient and offers lasting benefits for your organization. Participants will practice these skills throughout the process, ensuring they’re ready to apply them immediately.

Customized to Your Needs

Our leadership programs are tailored to meet your specific needs, or we can assist you with pre-designed topics ideal for technical leaders transitioning to people leadership roles for the first time. Whether you are a CEO or a first-time leader, our programs emphasize essential skills such as communication, effective conversations, and conflict, feedback, and delegation to make sure the leadership skills have system in place when you scale.

Beyond the Circle

When the program concludes, the circle often continues independently.
Some groups meet without a coach, while others form subgroups for peer interactions or one-on-one meetings. This collaboration leads to more introductions to people, resources, and ideas, fostering a culture that encourages connection and innovation.

The Value of Learning Circles and Peer Learning

Harvard Business Review study found that employees who engage in peer learning retain knowledge 70% more effectively than those in traditional training programs.

  • We Work In Groups and We Learn in Groups

One-on-one coaching is great, but it does not address how you interact and show up in a group setting (which is often different from with the coach). Learning circles let you learn more about yourself as part of a group.

  • See Different Perspectives

You see things you might have missed when surrounded by people with different backgrounds, experiences, and cultures. That’s how real learning happens.

  • We Create a Safe Space to Learn and Practice

Listening, giving feedback, asking questions, leading tough conversations—you use these skills in all our learning circles, not just talk about them.

  • Built-in Accountability

Most people don’t get enough honest feedback, and they tend to soften the edges. In a learning circle, your peers challenge you, hold you accountable, and push you toward real, actionable next steps to support your growth (and your team’s growth).

  • Connections That Last

The best part? These aren’t just one-off sessions. You leave with a trusted network that sticks with you beyond the program.

Closing Leadership Gaps in Tech Industries

How can you equip your leaders to be ready for what’s next?

How do we create a system where leadership and growth evolve together? According to Gartner (2025), many HR executives doubt their leaders’ ability to manage change—and they’re not wrong. McKinsey reports that 70% of transformations fail, not due to bad leadership, but because of:

  • Change fatigue – Constant shifts leave employees and leaders overwhelmed.

  • Siloed decision-making – Departments move at different speeds, blocking alignment.

  • Lack of leadership development – Growth outpaces leaders' ability to develop people skills.

  1. From Problem Solvers to Empowering Others to Problem Solve

These programs emphasize key areas such as communication, conversational skills, giving and receiving feedback, and effective people leadership.

  2. Leading in the Age of AI: Preparing Your Leaders for the Future Workforce
