Connection

Have you noticed that the last two letters in "Connection," our company name,
are in a different color? Why?

ON represent the first letters of our co-founders' names:
Orshi & Noa!

"ON" in Greek means "being"—our invitation for all human beings to feel connected and reflect:
Who are you, and who do you want to be?"

Our Story

Connecting the Dots:

Follow Our Journey to Why We Co-Founded Coaching Connection

📍 Dot 1: Noa’s Background

Noa’s journey in Talent and Development began in Israel, where she navigated HR and Change Management. Upon moving to the U.S. with her family, she blogged about her expatriate experience, not expecting it to spark something unexpected: her readers reached out, asking for coaching. And that’s when curiosity kicked in.

After becoming hooked on coaching, Noa's path led her to North Carolina, where she grew a global coaching practice and led the ICF Raleigh Chapter to international success. Her personal and professional growth shaped her into the leader she is today.

📍 Dot 2: Orshi’s Background

Orshi’s journey leaped continents (though she didn’t have a kangaroo to help her 🦘). Originally from Hungary, she moved to Australia before landing in the U.S. in search of the perfect balance between warmth and opportunity. She dove into HR in the bio sector, climbing the ranks to SVP.

Along the way, Orshi’s inherent curiosity spurred a deeper understanding of leadership. Wanting to inspire others beyond career growth, she discovered coaching. Curiosity isn’t just a trait; it’s a compass that keeps driving both Noa and Orshi forward.

📍 Dot 3: Where Our Paths Crossed

Noa and Orshi crossed paths in North Carolina through the ICF coaching community. Both are expats raising children and rooted in coaching. Their unique backgrounds—raising kids in a second language and living among different cultures—taught them to listen, learn, and build trust. They also shared a core value of connection, forming personal bonds that aligned deeply with their work: helping others bridge gaps, fostering trust, and embracing change.

Their stories are not just about personal growth; they showcase how connection between leaders and teams is not optional—it’s essential.

📍 Dot 4: The Shared Vision Percolates

As an internal executive coach and Talent Planning leader, Noa witnessed firsthand the widening gap between business leaders’ needs and traditional development programs. In the tech and bio sectors, leaders were isolating themselves into silos, seeing more challenges than opportunities. Orshi observed the same: the old programs didn’t drive lasting, measurable impact.

That’s when they both realized the missing link: a peer-driven, collaborative approach to leadership. Their vision? Coaching could not only “develop” but transform through real-time practice, collaboration, and connection, empowering leaders to make tangible, lasting shifts.

📍 Dot 5: Coaching Connection Impact

Noa and Orshi founded Coaching Connection with a clear mission: connecting people, resources, and ideas through high-impact coaching programs. Their flagship offering, Peer Coaching, does just that:

✔ Builds real-world skills through hands-on experience
✔ Fosters meaningful connections that break down silos
Empowers teams to work together, boosting performance and
saving time

Their approach is designed with integrity—committing to the success of the teams they work with while honoring the process and respecting individual growth

📍 Dot 6: The Ripple Effect

The results speak for themselves, thanks to Noa and Orshi’s mastery of building trust and facilitating growth with diverse teams. Through intentional space for coaching programs, leaders step back from the rush of problem-solving to empower their teams, fostering deeper alignment and engagement.
The ripple effect includes:

🔹 Empowered technical leaders shifting from problem solvers to
strategic thinkers.
🔹 Agile, effective, and aligned teams driving success
🔹 Companies realizing measurable impact and ROI from
leadership development efforts

The value is more than growth; it’s about how leaders develop through connection and curiosity. It's about empowering teams to grow together while embracing playfulness—because innovation and creative solutions emerge when we foster an environment of engagement and trust.
